pRS42H-TSC10-EGFP

pRS42H-TSC10-EGFP is a plasmid featuring a CYC1 promoter for HAP4 regulated expression, a TSC10 for enhanced production of ceramides, a P2A for expression and detaching of downstream product, an EGFP for fluorescent reporting, and a TEF1 terminator to terminate translation. It enables regulated and enhanced production of ceramides in yeast by HAP4, while laying basis for real-time reporting of expression level. It was applied into our project for regulated and enhanced production of ceramides by HAP4. It also contributed to real-time monitoring of production.
